Turmeric contains curcumin, a powerful compound known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, which help reduce joint pain, improve heart health, and potentially lower the risk of chronic diseases. It aids digestion, helps manage metabolic syndrome, and is commonly used to ease arthritis symptoms and support overall immunity.
Coconut water is a nutrient-rich, low-calorie natural beverage that provides excellent hydration, essential electrolytes (potassium, sodium, magnesium), and potential cardiovascular benefits. It supports kidney health, aids digestion, and serves as a natural alternative to sugary sports drinks, with approximately 45–60 calories per 8-ounce serving.
